Terms & Conditions for 65ph

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 65ph ("65ph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sportsbook platform accessible at https://65ph.one ("Platform", "Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all 65ph services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, keno, and any promotional offerings made available through the Platform.

• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction imposed by 65ph or by any gaming authority that would prohibit your participation.

65ph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals until the matter is resolved to 65ph's satisfaction.

To access the full range of 65ph services, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain and promptly update that information whenever it changes.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 65ph Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where 65ph identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended, any bonuses and promotional balances forfeited, and winnings from such accounts may be voided at 65ph's sole discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security PINs or one-time passwords associated with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account.

You must notify 65ph immediately via the support channel if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 65ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or where you have not notified 65ph promptly following discovery of a breach.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of 65ph's compliance obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements, 65ph may require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Accepted documentation includes government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and where applicable, verification of payment method ownership. 65ph will process such documentation promptly and in accordance with the 65ph Privacy Policy.

65ph currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members, is prohibited.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at time of transaction and are subject to change at 65ph's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposits processed via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 65ph balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are credited upon clearance of the transfer, typically within a few minutes during standard banking operating hours.
• 65ph does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

65ph reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where it has reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that you have previously used to deposit funds into your 65ph account, or to a verified payment method on file. 65ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.1 Processing Times

65ph aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within approximately three (3) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed promptly and typically arrive within minutes to a few hours during banking business hours. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may vary due to network conditions, verification requirements, or other factors outside 65ph's control.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests relating to bonus-derived funds are subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements as disclosed at the time the bonus was awarded.
• 65ph reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there are grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

65ph may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive programmes to registered users from time to time. 7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on 65ph utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Outcomes are independently random and are not influenced by any prior game history, account balance, or external factor.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are conducted in real time via video stream by professional dealers. Outcomes in live games are determined by the physical results of the game (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin, dice roll, etc.) and are not generated by the Platform's RNG. Technical issues during a live session — including stream interruption — will be resolved in accordance with the applicable live game provider's rules, which will be communicated to affected players.

7.3 Sports Betting

7.4 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

65ph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where the wager may be affected by a technical error, obvious pricing error, or suspicious activity. Any wager placed in clear error will be voided, and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 65ph Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, mechanical advantage play, or any other software or device to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including depositing proceeds of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in any manner designed to give any party an unfair advantage in a game.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical malfunction to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not legitimately earned under the applicable game rules.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or disputed payment claims.

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling outcomes, which are inherent to the nature of the service;
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 65ph's control;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors;

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 65ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

65ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold withdrawal requests, at any time and without prior notice where 65ph has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in any form of fraud, dishonesty, or prohibited conduct;
• Your account is subject to legal process, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your account activity indicates potential involvement in money laundering or other financial crime;
• Account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed by 65ph for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances derived from bonus funds may be forfeited at 65ph's discretion.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 65ph support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period following identity verification. Any pending bets at time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.

65ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any 65ph service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 65ph informally by contacting the 65ph support team and providing a clear description of the issue. 65ph will use reasonable efforts to address and resolve your concern within a reasonable period.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of an informal resolution process, you may escalate the matter through the dispute procedures available under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

65ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 65ph will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example by displaying a notification upon your next login to 65ph or by sending notice to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
